How the Car Exhaust System Work?

Discard pipe: This is a little physical system that is especially seen when looking at the car. The pipes as mentioned earlier are indeed responsible for carrying gas from the machine to the tailpipe. Gas will be made from the machine and then sent to the exhaust manifold, which issued a gas towards the tailpipe. 

Exhaust Manifold: It is connected to the side of the engine, making it the first direct part of the exhaust to receive burned gases including being made in the machine. Gases are then forwarded from here to the tailpipe and then exit. It can also burn more fuel than not burned properly by the machine. 

Muffler: Muffler is in a car exhaust containing gas passed from the machine. Gas must pass through the muffler, which can also act as a sound barrier where the noise level is maintained to a reasonable level. Mufflers are made in metal containers that use burning gas energy to reduce noise.

Oxygen sensor: This was built in a modern car disposal system. They allow fuel injection, calculation of fuel economy, and emission control to be utilized. This measures how much oxygen is left in the exhaust system.

Tail Pipe: This is the last point of the disposal system where gases that are passed off from the engine have reached their endpoint. From here the exhaust gas is channeled to the air.
